We also went to the Fablehaven 3 Launch Party last weekend up in SLC. We've become fans of the books and Katie LOVED the whole night and got to meet a lot of the characters and author. We'd recommend the whole series. We did however get a lot of weird looks, as we were the only adults in the audience
without any children...
...except Tagg, who acted like a kid when he pretended Katie had cut off his hand via glow-stick. The kids around me seemed to have thought it was funny though.And just for fun, here's the pictures from my weekend in Idaho with the family while Katie was in California. It was great seeing Adam and Amanda again and my amazing grandmother (aka Nanny) who has more energy than the rest of us.

Tagg, are you so sad that Idol is over and you can't flip the TV on to hear Archuletas voice? Can't you just hear the 12 years around the country, wailing because he lost? :)
